cup profile

We love this sweet, clean and smooth bean with bright aromas of vanilla and cocoa, with a smooth chocolatey flavor of citrus and almonds. It has hints of brown sugar, chocolate and roasted almond. The balanced acidity and body are smooth, with light floral notes.
